Our wellbeing @ work programme is an investment in you and your employees’ wellbeing. We offer an empowering and informational approach to your wellbeing; proactively supporting you and your organisation to stay well, physically, mentally and emotionally.

Wellbeing is becoming increasingly important as we all work to navigate our way through these unusual times. New ways of working bring significant changes and with that uncertainty and challenging times. Wellbeing @ Work helps you and your colleagues to navigate uncertainty and introduce self-care into your daily routines, developing and maintaining healthy behaviours.

When we feel well, we feel motivated, optimistic and capable, enhancing our performance at work and at home. Wellbeing @ Work membership supports you and your organisation to develop positive habits that support wellbeing every day.

Hosted on a user-friendly platform, our Wellbeing @ Work service is designed to support your team in managing their physical and emotional wellbeing… meditation to help take a moment to rest and revitalise, relaxation to help unwind from the day and fitness to encourage people to be mobile, healthy and active.  Our workshops offer expertise in wellbeing topics from eye care to sleeping well, building resilience and learning how to pause.

Our collection of inclusive sessions includes classes to suit everyone from beginner to advanced, helping you to fit your wellbeing practice into your day when it suits you best.

    Our Wellbeing @ Work service includes a Buy 1 Give 1 offering which enables Corporate members to choose a non-profit organisation in their local area to receive membership for the same duration as their subscription. We’re glad to extend our services to smaller organisations that may not have the resources but have the need for employee wellbeing.

    There are various membership options available whether you are a Corporate, not-for-profit, school or any other organisation and we look forward to discussing your needs and arranging a membership for your workplace. Please contact us to find out more, including criteria for free membership.

    The Wee Retreat is a not-for-profit, Community Interest Company. With a range of holistic classes, workshops and retreats including meditation, yoga, mindfulness, pilates and qigong, we provide a wellbeing haven for all from the southside of Glasgow.
