Meditation studio– this is the downstairs studio which can be closed off completely from the rest of the space with sliding doors giving you a safe, private space to offer Wee Retreats. The studio is fully equipped with meditation mats, comfortable chairs, cushions and blankets. The studio has glass patio doors which look onto the garden. This area is fully accessible for wheelchairs. The studio will suit meditation classes, small movement based classes, 1:1 sessions, group workshops and training. The studio is approx. 3.5mx5.5m and will fit 12 meditation cushions; capacity will be determined by the layout of room/use of chairs etc.

Mezzanine studio– this space is approx. 5.5mx5.5m and is a stunning space which captures the light and space of the architect of the building. This studio is fully equipped with yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows and yoga belts. Approx. 14 yoga mats can fit in the space with an additional one at the front for the practitioner. The studio has 2 skylights which can be opened during sunnier days and lamps/fairy lights which can be used to create a cosy atmosphere in the colder/darker days.

Reception area– this space shows the grandeur of the design of the building at its best. The space is available for use when regular classes are not being held in either studio. It would be suitable for wee retreats such as spoken word, music and literary events and would comfortably seat approx. 20 people for intimate performances. This area is fully accessible for wheelchairs. Please note with respect to our residential neighbours, we have restrictions on the noise level produced within the building.
