What are your opening hours and how do I get to the studios?

Our studios are staffed from 10am – 5pm, Monday – Friday

Are you wheelchair accessible?

Yes! We have full accessibility on our ground floor for access, studio space, and toilets. Our upstairs studio is the only are of our building that is inaccessible. To find out more about our accessibility please see here.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

No, our studio spaces are fully equipped with mats and more. Of course, you are welcome to bring your own if that makes you more comfortable.

Can we use the studio for private groups?

Yes, we have two studio spaces and a reception area which are all bookable for private meetings. There are options to even book out the whole building during the weekends. You can enquiry about a private booking here. Please note, we don’t hire out our studios for private parties, sorry.

I need to cancel my class, what do I do?

If you would be interested in rescheduling to another date or you need to cancel your booking for a class or event, please first reach out to the teacher hosting your class as they are the best point of contact. Their email address is on your class booking confirmation.

Some Notes to Remember…

Ultimately The Wee Retreat is a space. A space for the community, a space to heal, a space to grow. We ask our community members to help us look after the studios and be mindful of the space, staff, and other attendees.

We are a small team that work part-time hours and can will do our best to assist each individual as efficiently as possible, so all of your patience, understanding and kindness is much appreciated. We please ask you to remember this as you continue to book with us or book with us for the first time.
