The Wee Retreat CIC is a meditation and wellbeing centre in Southside Glasgow. We offer mindfulness meditation courses, retreats and other wellbeing events to increase personal awareness and a sense of peace. See what we have to offer for a chance to escape the busyness of your everyday life and take some time to focus on your own wellbeing.

Whether you want to move your body or quieten your mind we can help you find a way to incorporate little moments of wellbeing into your everyday life that can create big change in your mental, physical and/or emotional health. Helping you to find a way to come back to yourself, grounded, centred and aligned to recognise the joy in your everyday. We are working towards a culture where self-care is as typical as brushing your teeth because we need to do it.
The Wee Retreat CIC believes that we can all benefit from a wee bit of time for you, and we want to help you do that.

Such a lovely space for yoga. So far every class I've attended has been held by absolutely wonderful people. They know exactly how to create a space where everyone feels supported and comfortable.
A wonderful place in Govanhill, trendiest Glasgow neighborhood. I loved the yoga class ! I lived the comfort and the view on the morning lights. It was so cosy in winter. If I was still living in Glasgow, I would regularly visit.
I attended a Sound Bath session and had a fantastic time. The space is relaxed and comfortable, only issue was floor space but it was busy.👍🏻

I’ve been to various workshops both as a participant and as a workshop facilitator at The Wee Retreat and love it there. I always get a sense of calm as soon as I enter the building and I love the variation in workshop experiences.
I love the early bird Yoga class wth Gillian on Saturday morning. I never thought I would get up for Yoga at 8am on a Saturday morning. Yet, its the best thing I've done this year. The classes reset, balance and give me energy to really enjoy my weekends. Gillian is a wonderful intuitive teacher, mindful of everyones needs - you always get more than the yoga. She has a knack for guiding you on the poses at just the right moment. All I have to do is turn up, the mats and supports are all there. Very grateful to have this wonderful space in the South Side of Glasgow. The Wee Retreat is like a spa for the mind! Thank you 😉
