This 4 day course will cover the basics of Mindfulness meditation, give you an understanding of the practice and experience of different meditation techniques.
Mindfulness meditation has been shown to relieve stress, pain and anxiety and is a tool which can be used by everybody in their everyday life. Over the 4 days we will look at how you can use it to help simplify your life.
The course will run over 4 consecutive days (Monday 1st – Thursday 4th April) and cover the entire content of the 8 week beginners course. A vegetarian lunch, hot drinks and refreshments will be served daily (included in price).
Days will run as follows:
Arrival from 10.15
Session 1: 10.30 – 12.30 (including short break)
Lunch: 12.30 – 1.30
Session 2: 1.30 – 3.30 (including short break)
There is also an option to join the silent day meditation retreat which will run on Friday 5th April for a reduced cost.
The course is suitable for complete beginners as well as those wishing to re-engage with their practice or take a ‘beginners mind’ approach.
