Mindfulness meditation has been shown to relieve stress, pain and anxiety and is a tool which can be used by everybody in their everyday life. Over the course of this 8 weeks you will have the opportunity to familiarise yourself with different meditation techniques, consider what mindfulness is and how you can use it to help simplify your life.
Participants are encouraged to attend all 8 sessions in order to fully experience the benefits of the course and invited to complete home practice each week course to allow the practice to become integrated into daily life.
Those with experience of Mindfulness and wishing to revisit or reengage with the practice are also welcome to attend.
