Parenting is hard work, demanding and can feel relentless… our 5-week Mindful Parenting course will give you a break from it all while you learn how parenting can feel more rewarding and dare we say it, joyful!!
Designed to help you bring mindfulness to your everyday family life, this 5 week course led by a parent of two, mindfulness meditation teacher & Educational Psychologist Vicky Kakos, will lead you through what mindfulness is (and isn’t), how meditation can help you deal with the constant juggling, decision making and busyness of family life and how you can use mindfulness to help you raise your children the way you’d like to.
The course is suitable for those new to mindfulness as well as those with experience and is designed for parents with tots to teens.
In order to fully experience the benefits of the course, participants are encouraged to attend all sessions and complete daily home practice between each week.
