Day & Weekend Retreats 

We love running wee day and weekend retreats to give you a wee bit of time to yourself away from the busyness of life to pause, reconnect with yourself and drink tea.

Our Mindfulness retreats are suitable for everyone from beginners to experienced practitioners. As well as retreats centered around a particular theme such as self-compassion or tea drinking (yes, really) we run silent day retreat to give you the chance to re-connect with yourself in what can be a very special and unique way.

We also team up with other talented people doing amazing things that we feel compliment Mindfulness and put on day retreats together such as Yoga & Mindfulness and Raw food & Mindful eating retreat days.

 The Wee Retreat proud to host Suryacitta Malcolm Smith to facilitate weekend Mindfulness meditation retreats for us here in Glasgow. A Mindfulness Meditation expert and author, Suryacitta teach all over the world and we always look forward to Suryacitta’s next trip to Glasgow to share his experience and wisdom.
