The lowdown on studio hire!

Pop the kettle on and have a read through the following information….

Our Studios

We have 3 beautiful spaces within The Wee Retreat which are available for hire. Our meditation studio situated downstairs, the mezzanine studio and our reception area.

Full details of the spaces and photos can be found here.

Availability

Our studios are available to rent per hour during the week. On weekends, you can rent in half day blocks (up to four hours) or full days.

We also rent out the whole building for exclusive use at weekends and during school holidays.

Our downstairs studio can be rented for 1:1 sessions for a cheaper hourly rate or in blocks for a bigger discount again.

Please get in touch to find out about current availability or check any dates / times you have in mind.

We recommend booking events at least 4 weeks in advance so that there’s sufficient time to promote it. For our weekend availability, the further ahead you enquire, the more likely your first dates/times will be available.

Photo guidance:
In our experience, high-quality images which feature the teacher’s face in a friendly & relaxed manner are more effective than formal shots. Ideally. We prefer photos taken in our studios whenever possible. If that’s not possible, photos taken in nature or against a white background are best.

Photos/images we will not be able to use:
– Flyers/posters for your event
– Highly edited images
– Poor quality/blurry images
– Taken in another studio space that is obviously not The Wee Retreat
– Stock images
– Misleading or disinformation

If you would like some assistance taking quality photographs for your event, we do offer a friendly, relaxed photography service here at The Wee Retreat:

Photo Shoot Packages:
– 30 minute session – £40 investment
– 45 minute session – £55 investment
Photos will be taken by one of our friendly, camera savvy team. All photos taken will be put into a google drive where both parties can access/ edit them.

You are welcome to hire our studios to take your own photos, they make an amazing backdrop!

We look forward to hosting you here at The Wee Retreat CIC and want to make sure your event puts its best foot forward!

Where possible, we’re happy to share social media stories to our Facebook / Instagram whenever we are tagged. We are also happy to be marked as a co-host for events on Facebook. Please note our socials aren’t monitored over the weekend.

Please note: Our marketing packages should be considered to be one component of a larger marketing campaign. We have a well established community here at The Wee Retreat and our packages are a great form of reaching this demographic. For the most effective outcome, you should be promoting your event on your own socials and/or engaging with other marketing methods as well.
