Mindfulness meditation has been shown to relieve stress, pain, and anxiety and is a tool which can be used by everybody in their everyday life. We regularly run 8-week beginners courses and day retreats which are suitable for beginners.
The 8-week course has been designed as an introduction for complete beginners, no experience is necessary at all. Over the course of the 8 weeks, we cover different themes & meditation techniques giving you the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the practice, consider what mindfulness is & isn’t and experience how you can use it to help simplify your life.
Participants are encouraged to attend all 8 sessions in order to fully experience the benefits of the course and invited to complete home practice each week course to allow the practice to become integrated into daily life.
Those with experience of Mindfulness and wishing to revisit or re-engage with the practice are also welcome to attend.
We also offer drop-in guided meditation and open studio time so people can continue their practice when the course finishes.
